The Tune Tailor is a service that provides you with custom rock songs! You can have a song written for yourself, or someone else based on whatever you want. Usually songs are written for spouses, family members, co-workers, and friends as a gift for special occassions such as birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, Christmas, and JUST BECAUSE!
How does it work?
It's incredibly easy. You simply fill out a simple form that asks around 20 questions about the person the song is for. These are usually pretty easy (where are they from, what makes them happy, and so on). You provide me with the information and I go to work writing the song. During the process, you'll initially receive a "scratch" track that features the vocals and (probably) an acoustic guitar. This will give you an idea of what the song sounds like. It will also give you a chance to review the lyrics as well and make any necessary changes. After that, I record and produce the full rock-n-roll song.
What do I get?
What you get is a unique and custom rock song written just for you. The package includes a CD and jewel case with printed inserts containing the fully produced song. You also receive a special frame that includes the mounted CD and front insert, allowing you to put your gift on display.

Once you've downloaded the questionnaire, fill it out as completely as possible. The more information you provide, the more special and custom your song will be. If you have additional information you'd like to provide that's not in the questionnaire, please add that as well. Also, if there's a particular style or sound you'd like, let me know.
After you've completed the questionnaire, email it to me:
Once I receive your questionnaire, I'll email you back to let you know I got it. I request that you make a 25% deposit to get started. I accept payments through Paypal only at the moment. To send a payment, go to Paypal and send $25 to payment@thetunetailor.com. Please make sure you send payment to payment@thetunetailor.com. Do not send payments to info@thetunetailor.com. Do NOT send payments to info@thetunetailor.com. Thanks! If you'd prefer to make a single $99 payment, simply edit the Paypal payment options to reflect the amount you are sending. You will still need to make an additional payment to cover shipping costs.

Once I receive your payment, I'll start working on your song. Within a few days you'll receive an email from me with a link to an MP3 of the scratch song. This will be a low-quality MP3 with the vocals and simple acoustic guitar. I'll also send you the lyrics so you can see what I'm singing!
If you're happy with what you hear, let me know. If you are not happy, let me know. I'll work with you to make sure you get what you want. Once you're satisfied with the lyrics and basic song, I'll start working on the produced version. When I'm finished with the produced version, I'll send you another email with a link to a short, but high-quality MP3. This will not be the full song, but only a piece.
If you're happy with what you hear, then you send the rest of the payment. To complete your payment, go to Paypal and send $74 (plus shipping) to payment@thetunetailor.com. Once I receive your final payment, I'll send you a link to the high-quality MP3 where you can hear the complete final version.
